1. Contact

For support, account questions, privacy or anything else, email sistemas@tuwaifu.com. Tu Waifu is operated from Mexico by Héctor Hugo Rivera González. Address for legal notices: available on request at sistemas@tuwaifu.com.

2. What you can report

All content on Tu Waifu is fictional, AI-generated and features adult characters. If you find content that breaks our Terms of Service or the law, please report it. In particular:

• Content involving minors or characters who appear to be minors, including "aged-up" characters (for example, child-like but "1,000 years old").
• Non-consensual sexual content, incest, bestiality, sexual violence or fetish content involving bodily fluids or waste.
• Intimate images of real people, deepfakes, impersonation or content about real people.
• Promotion of commercial sex or human trafficking, illegal content, threats, harassment, hate speech or promotion of self-harm.
• Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or your privacy or likeness.

3. How to report

Email sistemas@tuwaifu.com with the subject "Report" and include:

1. The URL or name of the character, conversation or image you are reporting.
2. A short description of the problem and why it breaks the rules.
3. Your contact email (you can report anonymously, but without contact details we cannot follow up).

4. Process and response times

• Acknowledgment: we confirm receipt of every report within 24 hours.
• Decision: we review the report and tell you the outcome within 5 business days.
• Content posing a serious risk (especially anything involving minors) is blocked immediately while we review it.
• Intimate images or deepfakes of real people are removed within 48 hours (section 5).
• Depending on severity, we may warn, suspend or permanently ban the responsible account and prohibit new accounts.

5. Intimate images and deepfakes of real people

If an intimate sexual image, video, audio or text of you (or of the person you represent) appears on the Service without consent, including content created or altered with AI, email us with the subject "Intimate content" and the URL or location. You do not need to send us the material. We will remove the content and any copies we identify on the Service within 48 hours, block it from being re-posted where technically possible, ban the responsible account and preserve the necessary evidence. In Mexico, sharing this content without consent may constitute the crime of violation of sexual privacy (Ley Olimpia); it is also illegal in many other countries. You can report it to the police or prosecutors where you live, and we will cooperate with valid requests from the authorities.

If you believe a character or image, even if not intimate, is based on you or another real person or uses your name or face, email us with the URL and an explanation: we will review it with priority and remove it if appropriate.

6. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse

Tu Waifu has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors, real or fictional. In every case we remove the content, permanently ban the account, preserve the necessary evidence and report it to the competent authorities (such as Mexico's Attorney General's Office and cyber police) and, where appropriate, to specialized international organizations such as NCMEC.

If you know a child is in danger, contact the authorities immediately (911 in Mexico and the US, or your local emergency number).

7. Copyright (notice and takedown)

We respect intellectual property. If you own a copyright (or represent the owner) and believe content on the site infringes it, email sistemas@tuwaifu.com with the subject "Copyright" and include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
2. The URL or exact location of the allegedly infringing content.
3. Your name, address, phone number and email.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Once we receive a complete notice we will remove or disable the content within 24 to 72 hours and notify the responsible user, who may send a counter-notice if they believe it was a mistake. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. This process is similar to the DMCA and does not limit your rights under Mexico's Federal Copyright Law or other applicable laws.

8. Appeals

If we removed your content, suspended your account or you could not complete an age verification and you believe it was a mistake, reply to the notification email or write to sistemas@tuwaifu.com with the subject "Appeal", explaining why. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and decide within 5 business days. Appeals are reviewed by a different person than the one who made the original decision (or by a person, if the decision was automated).

9. Responsible use of this channel

False or bad-faith reports, abuse of the reporting and appeal channels and harassment of our staff are prohibited and may lead to account suspension.
